1. Advertisement possibilities

1.1 Advertising general

Active parties in the holiday market can advertise through banners on the central search engine. In the result list of the central search engine suppliers of accommodations can advertise such as holidayhomes, group accommodation, apartments, cottages, B&B's, hotels etc.. 1.1.1 Standard advertisement

One of the possibilities for suppliers of accommodation is a standard advertisement in the result list of the central search engine at Start4Travel. With set up costs and a fixed year amount you can place your advertisement in 4 languages including your contact details. Holiday makers can contact you directly and transactions with holiday makers come about without intervention of Start4Travel, following your own conditions.

1.1.2 Advertisement with availability and booking engine

Also with this option in the result list of the central search engine, you will do business with the holiday maker directly, without intervention from Start4Travel. With this option on Start4Travel you will keep your reservation planning up-to-date and bookings for available periods can be made. You will present in a more qualitative way, comparable with professional suppliers. You will also pay the set up costs and a reduced fixed yearly amount. You will pay a small amount per bookingsrequest (per email). With a bookingsrequest a (potential) holiday maker and advertiser will receive each others contact details.

Re. banners:
Regards positioning in the column under the search engine (left on the page) the banners circulate. On statically pages with daily frequency. On dynamic pages with each visit/each page renewal. All banners are shown equally on different positions.
Re. tariff difference between the advertisements:
With banners the size determines the tariff. For the fixed tariff of a standard advertisement you will actually pay for the possibility to get in touch with you directly, per email. An advertisement with the service of a concrete online bookings engine, combined with the up-to-date availability of your Start4Travel reservation planning, the ad will be offered against a reduced tariff.
Re. variable costs (per bookingsrequest):
The advertisement option with bookings engine has lower fixed costs because this option is very determinative for the qualitative and the consumer friendly character of Start4Travel. To guarantee the Start4Travel quality of the presented availability information, Start4Travel works with a tariff per bookingsrequest. Advertisers will keep their Start4Travel reservation planning up-to-date to avoid requests for occupied periods. Such requests are not advisable for a supplier and frustrate the consumer.

2. Subcribe procedure for suppliers/advertisers

Start with just 5 simple steps an advantageous and effective advertisement campaign on a succesfull holiday site!

Step 1
Advertisers can Login/create an account to access their account or subscribe and make a new account;
Step 2
Complete your details and choose the desired advertisement option;
Step 3
Select the desired method of payment (direct debet, Visa-/Mastercard) and finish the payment;
Step 4
Make your own advertisement (discription, upload photos);
Step 5
After receiving the payment Start4Travel will check for abuse and contradiction with the rules and regulations of the law and general standards and values. When the check is completed your advertisement will be placed for a period of one year. Before the term has expired you can extend the advertisement period against the current 'fixed tariff' (with extending the advertisement you will not have to pay 'set up costs'). If you decide not to extend, your advertisement will be removed from the website after one year.
In this case the advertisement can not be placed again without paying the set up costs.

3. Conditions for suppliers/advertisers

1-definition- These conditions relate to www.start4travel.nl and www.start4travel.com, websites (furthermore defined as 'these websites' from Start4Travel, a trademark from 3PlusServices (see About us). The names 'Start4Travel' and '3PlusServices' or 'we' and 'us/our' are therefore interchangeable. The presented offers can be characterized as advertisements and therefore be named as such. The cost carrying direct principal of it will therefore be named as suppliers/advertisers and/or 'third parties'. In the case that an accommodation provider will be represented at Start4Travel (for instance by a travel agency) this representative will be named as the principal. There where law- and legislation is referred to, the European law- and legislation is meant and there where these are not dealt with in the Dutch law.
2-type of the supplier/advertiser and advertisements/offers- Unless explicitly by letter confirmed, advertisements with reference to Start4Travel comparable websites, with travel accommodation as well as advertisements with emphatic intention to other than and/or something else than promoting the advertised travel accommodation are not permitted. These advertisements will be removed by Start4Travel, without restitution of the paid advertisement costs. Regular advertisements by holiday parks, local agency's and similar, obiding the mentioned conditions, are permitted.
3-the contents of advertisements/offers- Start4Travel places commercial offers from a third party. Start4Travel accepts in this matter no liability and is not responsible for the accuracy of the received information from a third party. But when Start4Travel discovers incorrectness/abuse advertisements will be removed.
4-the responsibility of advertisements/offers- Concerning published advertisements the supplier/advertiser has the full responsibility. And for a desirable complaint settlement a complaint has to be reported to the supplier/advertiser. Start4Travel can not fulfill a role and will not accept liability.
5-the responsibility for the use of this website-. (Potential) holiday makers and suppliers/advertisers will use this website at their own risk. The liability of Start4Travel in relation to the transactions, the visit and use of this website is excluded. Start4Travel offers just a platform/medium where supply and demand meet. At preservation and further commercial expansion of the Start4Travel trademark, 3PlusServices strive after the highest possible contentment for all parties. Start4Travel accepts no liability for the consequences of possible fall out (of functions) of this website and the loss of information.
6-privacy- Start4Travel registers your personal details strictly confidential and according to the current European and Dutch law- and legislation as well as the exclusive safety regulation of relevant parties such as creditcard companies. See also our Disclaimer. Start4Travel uses your personal details only with permission for commercial expression. Your details will not be provided to third parties for a commercial base.
7-copyright- This website and its content is among other things in the field of copyright and trademarks legally protected. Without the explicit permission from Start4Travel and/or the relevant advertiser nothing on this website in any way can be duplicated, republished etc..
8-double presentations- Advertisers/suppliers can place an unlimited number of advertisements against the published advertisement costs. The number of advertisements with bookings engine is limited to the actual booking units, also against the published costs per advertisement. A combination of a standard advertisement and an advertisement with bookings engine concerning the same accommodation is not permitted.
9-advertisement check- Start4Travel can refuse an advertisement without clarifying the reasons. Under restriction of the mentioned conditions the advertiser will regain the paid advertisement costs (pro rata concerning the remaining term), unless the advertiser intended to misuse/abuse the Start4Travel website. In order to aviod cancellation of the advertisement without restitution, advertisers are obliged to respect Start4Travel instructions in order to confirm the advertisement to these conditions.
10-payment- By payment arrears Start4Travel's duty for publicity has expired. The amount of advertisement costs is still due for the advertiser, because of the continuous Start4Travel investments for IT-capacity, based on the number of advertisements on the website. When the advertiser fails to pay the outstanding amount, Start4Travel has the right to hand over the claim to a collection agency or if necessary take legal steps (including all the collection fees and debt).
11-interruption and early termination- With an early termination of the advertisement by the advertiser, there is no possibility for restitution of the advertisement costs. When Start4Travel decides to stop the advertisement without the advertiser to blame, the advertiser can get a restitution of the paid set up costs and pro rata the fixed advertisementc osts, but only if the conditions apply. When the website is offline due to interruption or improvement of the website this will not count as a pubilicity strike. This applies also for a possibly acquisition or continuation of Start4Travel by a third party or that 3PlusServices has the right to publish advertisements on one or more equal websites beside or instead of Start4Travel. In the unexpected situation of a continuous interruption for a few days, as a compensation to the advertiser Start4Travel will prolong the advertisement with the number of offline-days.
